FUEL ADJUSTMENT POLICY (Est: - March 2026)
Because aviation fuel (Jet A-1) is a major operating cost in aerial work, fluctuations in fuel prices can significantly impact operating expenses.
To ensure transparency and maintain consistent base pricing for our services, we will be implementing a Fuel Adjustment.
How the Fuel Adjustment Works
• Base service rates remain unchanged.
• A Fuel Adjustment will appear as a separate line item on invoices.
• The adjustment will fluctuate depending on aviation fuel prices.
• The adjustment may increase, decrease, or be removed depending on fuel market conditions.
Why This Is Necessary
Aircraft operations require significant fuel consumption, and aviation fuel prices are changing quickly due to global supply conditions. Introducing a variable fuel adjustment allows us to respond to these changes without continually revising our base service rates.
How we can All Work Together to Help Reduce Fuel Costs
This allows us to plan by
• Grouping work where possible
• Coordinating jobs with neighbouring properties where practical
• Providing accurate job details and locations
Efficient planning helps reduce ferry time and unnecessary flying, which helps minimise fuel use and ultimately helps keep costs down for everyone.
We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
