A Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) allows you to fly a helicopter for both private use and for hire. Once gained, the NZCPL is well recognised internationally and can be easily converted in most countries around the world.
CAA Rules to be eligible for entry are as follows:
* You must be 18 years old
* Have a Class 1 Aviation Medical Certificate
* Hold a Private Pilot Licence

Meteorology
Navigation & Flight Planning
Principles of Flight
Aircraft Technical Knowledge
On line Theory Courses available.
Minimum Flight Experience
Cross Country - 20 hours
Mountain - 10 hours
Sling: 10 hours
Time Frame
Full Time: allow 9-10 months
Part Time: allow 2 years
