Travelling along the braided Ashely River, you will venture towards the coastline and then head up towards the Amberley Hills, where you can take in views of Kaikoura. Your flight continues inland to the picturesque Waipara Gorge and the renowned vineyards of Waipara Valley.

Once you arrive at your preferred vineyard, you can indulge in a wine tasting and lunch to savour the flavours of the region. After lunch, the return trip offers the option of a mountain top landing which will give you stunning views overlooking the Canterbury Plains. This additional stop allows you to soak in the beauty of the surrounding landscape before returning to base.
